Yes. Using a multi-tool and grout-saw, we carefully remove damaged tiles and grout joints, clean the substrate, then install the replacement tile with matching thinset and grout. The repair blends seamlessly when matching tile is available.

Cracked grout usually means substrate movement, missing flexible silicone at change-of-plane joints, or original installation issues. Black or pink staining is typically mildew or biofilm caused by moisture trapped under unsealed grout. We diagnose the root cause, then re-grout and seal properly to prevent recurrence.

Cement-based grout should be sealed every 1–2 years in wet areas (showers, kitchens) and every 2–3 years in low-traffic areas. We apply a penetrating impregnating sealer that protects against stains and water absorption without changing the grout color or finish.
