1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Superior Tile Contracting Ltd. for tile installation, flooring, or renovation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Superior Tile Contracting provides:

• Tile installation services
• Flooring contracting and installation
• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Large format tile installation
• Consultation and project planning services

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Prices may vary based on material costs and project complexity
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit may be required to secure booking and order materials
• Progress payments may be requested during larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payment may incur additional charges

5. Materials and Warranty

• We provide warranty on workmanship for one (1) year from completion
• Material defects are covered under manufacturer warranties
• Customer-supplied materials are not covered under our warranty
• Normal wear and tear is not covered

6. Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Weather conditions, material availability, and site conditions may affect scheduling
• We will communicate any delays promptly

7. Liability and Insurance

• Superior Tile Contracting is fully insured and bonded
• We carry liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage
• Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas
• Any pre-existing conditions should be disclosed before work begins

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered
• We reserve the right to cancel projects due to unsafe conditions

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
