Marble & Natural Stone Installation
Premium marble, granite, travertine, slate and limestone tile installation. Sealed properly and finished impeccably — luxury that lasts a lifetime.
Why Natural Stone Demands an Expert Installer
Specialized Setting
Natural stone requires white thinset, lippage control, sealing before grout, and careful blending of variation — not skills every tile setter has.
Proper Sealing
Penetrating impregnating sealers protect porous stone from stains and moisture. We apply pre-grout and post-install for full coverage.
One-of-a-Kind Beauty
Every piece of marble or travertine is unique. We dry-lay and plan layouts to highlight veining, grain and color flow.

Stone Done Right
Natural stone is unforgiving — the wrong thinset, missed sealer, or sloppy layout can ruin tens of thousands of dollars of premium material in a single afternoon.
We've spent 14+ years mastering marble, travertine, slate and granite installations. Every project gets dry-laid, sealed pre-grout, and finished with the care premium stone deserves.

Marble & Natural Stone FAQs
What's the difference between marble and porcelain that looks like marble?
Real marble is natural stone — each piece is one-of-a-kind, develops a patina over time, and requires sealing. Marble-look porcelain mimics the visual but is denser, fully waterproof, scratch-resistant and requires no sealing. We install both — marble for luxury character, porcelain for high-use spaces where maintenance matters.
Does natural stone need to be sealed?
Yes. All natural stone (marble, travertine, limestone, slate, granite) is porous and must be sealed with a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting and again after install. Re-seal every 1–3 years depending on traffic. We apply premium sealers and provide care instructions with every install.
Can marble be used in a shower or bathroom?
Absolutely — but it requires expert installation. Marble showers need impeccable waterproofing (Schluter Kerdi or equivalent), white thinset to prevent shadowing, and a high-grade impregnating sealer. We've installed dozens of marble showers across the Lower Mainland that look pristine years later.
What natural stones do you install?
All major stones: Carrara, Calacatta and Statuario marble; granite (Black Galaxy, Absolute Black, Uba Tuba); travertine (filled and unfilled); slate (Brazilian, Indian); limestone; onyx; quartzite; and basalt. Polished, honed, brushed or tumbled finishes — we work with all.
How much does marble tile installation cost?
Marble tile installation runs $15–$30+ per square foot installed depending on stone selection, finish, slab vs. tile format, and substrate prep. Premium book-matched slab installations cost more. We provide detailed itemized quotes after measuring on-site — always free, always transparent.
